CD Physical Therapy offers personalized rehabilitation services with over 19 years of experience helping patients overcome injuries and regain mobility. Our approach combines therapeutic exercise and manual therapy in customized treatment plans that address both physical and mental aspects of recovery.

We specialize in the innovative PEACE & LOVE method, a more effective alternative to traditional RICE protocols for sports injuries. This approach promotes faster healing through Protection, Elevation, Assessment, Compression, and Education, followed by Load optimization, Optimism, Voluntary exercise, and Early mobilization.

Our services include flexible scheduling options with care available both in-clinic and at your home or workplace. Each session provides 60 minutes of one-on-one therapy with proven hands-on techniques tailored to your specific needs.

Having experienced numerous injuries ourselves, we understand the challenges of rehabilitation firsthand. This personal perspective drives our commitment to helping athletes and active individuals relieve pain, recover function, and restore their quality of life. We focus on creating sustainable recovery plans that enable patients to safely return to the sports and activities they love.

Contact us today to schedule your appointment and experience our game-changing approach to physical therapy.

I also believe that it’s important to address the emotional and psychological aspects of an injury, as well as the physical.

I’m passionate about helping people get back to their active lives. I’ve had many injuries myself, so I know what it’s like to go through the recovery process. I have a personal understanding of the process behind young athletes. I was a competitive athlete myself, and I’m also a mom of two boys who play multiple sports. This gives me a unique perspective on the challenges and rewards of participating in sports at a young age.

I’m always learning new ways to help my patients, and I’m committed to providing the best possible care. I work closely with athletes, coaches, and parents to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the athlete is getting the best possible care.

I’m excited to connect with you on Instagram or out in the community and share more about my work as a physical therapist. Please feel free to send me a DM if you have any questions.
