Let’s get to know one another. I thought it would be a great time to introduce myself and get to know you more.

My name is Polina Fayet, and I am the owner, studio manager and one of the instructors at PRANA Yoga.

Prana means “life force”, “breath”, or “vital energy” in Sanskrit, the language of yoga. With PRANA Yoga, I wanted to create a safe and inviting space with a magical sense of energy, where people could come together, practice yoga, and better themselves collectively.

Outside of the studio, I am a Holly Springs resident and single mom to two incredible kids.

I look forward to seeing you around, in and out of the studio!
