Dr. Zach Higgins, a native North Carolinian born in Greenville and raised in Apex, discovered his lifelong connection with sports from a young age. Embracing hockey, basketball, and soccer along the way, it was baseball that truly captured his heart.

Completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, in 2021, Dr. Higgins adorned his academic journey with a Bachelors in Human Biology, a Masters in Sports Science, and an Undergrad Bachelors in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Appalachian State University.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Higgins finds joy in snowboarding, mountain biking, camping, and gaming. His cherished moments also revolve around quality time spent with his Wife, Payton, whom he married in October 2022.

Dr. Higgins’ keen interest in sports-related injuries fuels his mission to help patients reach their peak physical potential. Holding the distinction of a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, his primary goal is to guide individuals toward optimal performance while ensuring their holistic well-being remains a top priority.
