Hi! My name is Dr. Sean Hammonds, I’m a chiropractor in Fuquay-Varina, NC. My mission is to help you get out of pain quickly and get back to your active lifestyle.

I grew up near Youngstown, Ohio, where I developed a passion for sports growing up. I am an avid Cleveland Browns fan by nature and enjoy exercise and outdoor activities. With these passions, I know personally how important it is to maintain great health and wellness habits in order to keep up with my lifestyle.

I received a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from Youngstown State University in 2014. After graduation, I moved to Daytona Beach, Florida, and enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic from which I graduated in 2018, and then moved to North Carolina where I began my journey as a chiropractor. In 2020 my wife and I moved to Fuquay Varina, where we decided to later open Foundations Health and Wellness in 2021.

In my practice, I work well with patients who are physically active and want to maintain their active lifestyle with the help of chiropractic care. I can help with chronic pain or injuries, new injuries that have set you back, or simply keep you feeling good and enjoying the activities you love.
