Courtney Davis, a physical therapist in Holly Springs, NC. I’ve been practicing for 18 years, the last 2 years in my own business. I’m Graston technique certified, and I use a variety of hands-on techniques to help individuals get back to the life they want to live.

I believe that a personalized treatment plan is essential for a successful recovery. I take the time to listen to my patients’ concerns and goals, and I work with them to create a plan that is right for them. I also believe that it’s important to address the emotional and psychological aspects of an injury, as well as the physical.

I’m passionate about helping people get back to their active lives. I’ve had many injuries myself, so I know what it’s like to go through the recovery process. I have a personal understanding of the process behind young athletes. I was a competitive athlete myself, and I’m also a mom of two boys who play multiple sports. This gives me a unique perspective on the challenges and rewards of participating in sports at a young age.

I’m always learning new ways to help my patients, and I’m committed to providing the best possible care. I work closely with athletes, coaches, and parents to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the athlete is getting the best possible care.
