Total Body Therapy & Wellness (TBTW) brings advanced physical therapy to Harnett County, combining comprehensive treatment options with personalized care. Operating since 2008, we deliver sophisticated “big city” therapeutic techniques within a supportive small-town environment.

Our practice stands apart through our whole-body approach to healing. Rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms, we address how injuries affect the entire body, targeting compensation patterns and underlying issues to deliver complete relief. Our extensive service menu includes specialized treatments like dry needling, diagnostic ultrasound, EMG/NCS testing, LightForce laser therapy, and pelvic floor therapy.

We’re currently seeking passionate Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates value making meaningful connections, prefer a non-corporate work culture, and are excited about using cutting-edge technology to help patients recover without medications or surgery. Experience in dry needling or pelvic health is beneficial but not required.
